Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or a compact RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Experience working overnight 12-hour shifts in a critical care or acute care setting
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent teamwork skills
• Prior travel nursing or Pennsylvania nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes

• Deliver high-quality bedside nursing care in alignment with hospital standards and patient safety protocols
