• Hours: 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,970 - $2,080

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Strong background in neuro and orthopedic surgical cases required
• Robotics experience preferred; ability to adapt to a variety of surgical procedures
• Ability to participate in call rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical process
• Prepare the operating room and support surgical teams for a range of procedures
• Assist with neuro, orthopedic, and robotic surgeries as needed
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately during intraoperative care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards
• Adapt quickly to changing case demands in a busy surgical environment
