• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950 - $2,060

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of acute care experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry or similar specialty
• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam during onboarding
• Recent specialty charge nurse or nurse manager references
• Completed skills checklist matching the specialty
• Travel nursing experience preferred; motivated first-time travelers may be considered
• Cerner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry acute care setting
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac changes
• Administer medications and manage drips as needed, including Cardizem and insulin for hyperglycemia
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Perform thorough assessments, document patient status, and communicate changes promptly
• Support a positive, patient-centered environment while maintaining strong clinical standards
• Float to a nearby sister location if requested, based on operational needs
