• Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule, 06:30-15:00, Monday-Friday

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250-$2,370

• Call Requirements: Call every 5th or 6th weekend and one weekday
• Setting: Operating Room / Perioperative Services

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in hand or compact license at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience required
• Prior experience as an OR Circulator for a variety of surgical cases preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, general surgery, and OB/C-sections
• Comfort working with charting systems and adapting quickly to new workflows
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment with professionalism and attention to detail
• First-time travelers will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating RN for operating room procedures
• Support a broad case mix, including orthopedics, general surgery, OB/C-sections, GYN, podiatry, endoscopy, and related surgical procedures
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative environment
• Prepare the operating room, coordinate case flow, and communicate effectively with the surgical team
• Monitor patient safety standards, including fire safety, infection prevention, universal protocol, and specimen handling
• Assist with equipment and procedural readiness, including specialized tools and resources as needed
• Provide dependable call coverage as scheduled
• Float to other units when needed to support patient care
