• Schedule: Every other weekend; flexibility to meet department needs
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860-$1,960
• Setting: Busy emergency department with a strong team-based culture

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an emergency room (ER) or emergency department (ED) setting
• Experience in a high-volume emergency department, Level II trauma center, or comprehensive stroke center preferred
• Current certifications required before start: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS
• ENPC required within 90 days of hire
• Strong teamwork mentality and the ability to provide coaching and real-time feedback
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while maintaining excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care to emergency department patients with varying acuity levels
• Work collaboratively with the ED team to support efficient patient flow and quality outcomes
• Care for patients throughout all sections of the emergency department as needed
• Use strong clinical judgment to respond to changing patient needs in a high-acuity setting
• Promote positive patient experiences through respectful communication and consistent updates
• Maintain accurate documentation using established clinical systems and workflows
• Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate care
