• End Date: January 4, 2027
• Floating Areas: MFMU, MOMB, and NICU
• Weekends / On-Call: Not required, available upon approval

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• High-risk obstetric experience
• Immediate newborn care experience
• Current NRP certification
• Current BLS/ALS certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
• Preferred: Circulating experience
• Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable communication style
• Comfort working in a collaborative, patient-centered women’s health environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Support vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Assist with procedures including D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst cases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring
• Deliver immediate newborn care and respond appropriately to high-acuity situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow
• Float to designated women’s and neonatal care areas as needed
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
