Travel to Weatherford, Texas, for a 13-week Med/Surg Registered Nurse assignment in a supportive acute care setting west of Fort Worth. Job Requirements

• Active Texas RN license or compact RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg or Med-Tele specialty experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Med/Tele patients
• Perform general medical-surgical nursing duties, including initiating IVs, NG tube care, Foley care, dressing changes, and assisting with ADLs
• Use bedside reporting, hourly rounding, AIDET, and service recovery practices to support an excellent patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Promote a therapeutic, safe environment for patients, families, and care team members
• Float as needed in accordance with unit guidelines and patient care needs
