Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Availability to work 12-hour day shifts on the assigned schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based medical-surgical nursing care to patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and escalate concerns as needed
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
