Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Trauma, burn, or surgical ICU experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative healthcare environment
• Comfortable floating to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or PCU as needed
• BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU setting
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Perform and support common critical care procedures including wound care, codes, EVDs, and MTP
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit policies and best practices
• Contribute to a supportive team culture by communicating openly and helping others when needed
