• Shift Pattern: Average of 1 scheduled 11:00 AM–7:45 PM shift per week, plus 2 weekend call shifts
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,500–$2,630
• Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Ability to circulate and scrub in the OR
• DaVinci XI robotic surgery experience required
• Experience with posterior eye and eye trauma cases preferred
• Strong adaptability across multiple surgical specialties
• Current compliance with required onboarding and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing support in a busy surgical environment
• Circulate and scrub a broad range of surgical cases as assigned
• Assist with robotic surgery procedures, including DaVinci XI cases
• Support specialty cases such as general surgery, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, plastics, and eye procedures
• Float within skill set to other surgical areas when needed
• Help maintain safe, efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Participate in weekend call coverage and support the team during high-volume days
