• Unit Environment: 45-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit with EPIC EMR
• Patient Ratios: Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:5-6

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• ACLS certification preferred
• IMC experience preferred
• Experience in cardiac care, telemetry, acute inpatient care, and medical-surgical nursing strongly desired
• Comfort working night shifts and a rotating weekend schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute inpatient setting
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, medication administration, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support high-quality patient outcomes
• Prioritize patient safety, communication, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Maintain professionalism and uphold unit standards while contributing to a positive team culture
