• Schedule: 36 hours per week; every other weekend required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070 - $2,180
• Unit Size: 46-bed medical/surgical unit
• Patient Ratio: Up to 1:8
• Start Date: October 5, 2026

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong charting and EMR experience, preferably Epic
• Ability to care for a mix of medical-surgical patients
• Flexibility to float based on skill set
• Excellent communication, reliability, punctuality, and a patient-centered approach
• Comfort working night shifts and rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients in an acute care setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately in Epic EMR
• Administer treatments and medications according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, timely discharges
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient patient care environment
• Support teamwork and communication across the med/surg unit
• Provide compassionate care that promotes positive patient outcomes
