Job Details

• Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating: Required between Med Surg and Tele units
• Holiday Coverage: Required
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680-$1,770
• Charting System: Cerner

Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Recent experience caring for Med Surg patients with remote telemetry monitoring
• Recent Cerner charting experience
• At least 2 completed travel nursing assignments
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Monitor Med Surg and telemetry patients, including post-op and cardiac-related populations
• Administer medications using bedside scanning and follow established nursing protocols
• Support positive patient outcomes through attentive, organized, and efficient care delivery
