• Additional Scheduling Notes: Rotating weekday and weekend call may be required, with holiday call possible based on rotation

Job Requirements

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Robotic, neuro, and orthopedic experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing patient census, surgical volume, and staffing needs
• Willingness to float to nearby surgery centers as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient nursing support in the operating room and circulate role
• Assist surgical teams with patient preparation, intraoperative care, and case coordination
• Maintain strong attention to detail during procedures and patient transitions
• Support call coverage based on the rotating staff schedule
• Collaborate with physicians, surgical staff, and anesthesia team members to promote excellent outcomes
• Adapt quickly to varying case volume and surgical needs in a fast-paced perioperative setting
• Float to affiliated surgery centers when assignment coverage requires it
