Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week; typically 3 shifts per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required by start date
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills in an emergency care setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and the demands of a busy emergency department

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, treatment, and ongoing monitoring in the ED
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and assist with emergent interventions as needed
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards and protocols
• Support a compassionate, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
