• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,070-$2,180
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nursing

• Schedule Notes: Weekend, holiday, on-call, callback, and charge coverage may be required based on unit needs

Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• 2 years of recent Med/Surg Registered Nurse experience required
• Experience caring for behavioral health or psychiatric patients required
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Strong adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and support safe, effective care plans
• Use telemetry nursing skills to observe and interpret cardiac monitoring as part of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment and discharge planning
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment in a growing specialty unit
• Adapt to the needs of a changing clinical setting while maintaining excellent patient-centered care
