• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: Nights; approximately 3 shifts per week
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Openings: 2
• Setting: Level 4 Labor & Delivery unit

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Previous experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal-child nursing strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet pre-employment credentialing requirements, including background check and drug screen
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and take prompt action to support safe, effective care
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans for patients and families
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations and initiate resuscitative measures when needed
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed therapeutic measures
• Educate patients and families on preventive, curative, and rehabilitative care
• Document nursing interventions, patient responses, and coordination of care accurately and thoroughly
• Delegate and provide direction to LPNs and unlicensed personnel as appropriate
• Support a safe, organized unit environment with proper supplies, equipment, and teamwork
• Promote professional, ethical, and patient-centered nursing practices
