• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Duration: 22 weeks
• Start Date: 9/28/2026
• Schedule: 4x9s per week, scheduled Monday-Friday between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Call Requirement: 6-8 days of call per month, including one Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday; 1-hour response time
• Weekends/Holidays: No weekends or holidays except when on call

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an endoscopy environment as a Registered Nurse
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural setting
• Comfort with call responsibilities and a 1-hour response expectation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
• Assess patient and family needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the care team
• Support pre-op, circulator/tech, and post-op endoscopy workflows based on daily assignment
• Administer medications and monitor patient response throughout the care episode
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and self-care needs
• Promote a healing environment through advocacy, emotional support, and respectful communication
• Maintain infection prevention practices and comply with safety standards at all times
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and ongoing professional development
