• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts
• Shift Duration: 10 hours

• Setting: Ambulatory surgery / outpatient operating room

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent OR Registered Nurse or PACU nursing experience
• Ambulatory surgery experience required
• Orthopedics, sports medicine, or outpatient operating room experience strongly preferred
• Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient surgery setting
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and support them throughout the care experience
• Assist with circulating duties, patient monitoring, and care coordination
• Support efficient workflow in an ambulatory operating room environment
• Document patient care accurately and follow clinical and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and recovery staff to promote excellent patient outcomes
