• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Active Oklahoma RN license or compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NIHSS certification required
• Pediatric ICU or pediatric critical care experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill adult and pediatric patients in a Level 3 ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Follow infection control and safety practices, including unit-specific masking requirements
• Support safe, efficient patient care in a 2:1 ICU nurse-to-patient ratio environment
