• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,550 - $2,680
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed hours
• On-Call: 10-15 days per month

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR nursing or open heart surgical experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and perioperative nursing care
• Ability to work day shifts and participate in on-call coverage
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical skills in a fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing support in the cardiovascular operating room
• Assist with open heart, cardiac, and CVOR procedures throughout the surgical case
• Prepare the operating room and support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and clinical accuracy at all times
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to deliver high-quality patient care
