Job Details

• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (Critical Care RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Schedule: Night shift, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,640 - $1,730
• Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Experience managing Impellas required
• Experience with targeted temperature management (TTM) required
• Ability to work night shifts and contribute to a collaborative ICU environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Manage advanced critical care therapies, including Impella support and TTM
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a demanding clinical setting
