• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350 - $1,420

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Experience working night shift preferred
• Flexibility to float as needed
• Professional, team-oriented approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret telemetry data, and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately using the facility’s electronic medical record system
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive care
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and attendance expectations
