Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• BLS from AHA required
• ACLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Willingness to float as needed in a hospital float pool environment
• Comfortable with onboarding, day-one testing, and skills validation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in Epic
• Support patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes across assigned units
• Adapt to float assignments and assist with patient care needs as required
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication throughout every shift
