• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Location: Newburyport, MA

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing or Telemetry nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience caring for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients in a float pool environment
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Float between Med/Surg and Telemetry assignments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic acute care environment
