Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Strong telemetry background and confidence working in multiple inpatient units
- Epic experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Ability to thrive in a float pool setting
- Flexible availability for rotating day and night shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients across multiple units
- Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, efficient patient care
- Adapt quickly to varied clinical settings within the float pool
- Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment
