Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience required
• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification required
• Epic experience required
• Strong Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating day/night schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, accurate, and professional bedside care
• Adapt quickly to the needs of a float pool and travel nursing environment
• Document patient care, assessments, and updates accurately in Epic
