ICU Registered Nurse Travel Assignment in North Richland Hills, TX

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in North Richland Hills, Texas. Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating: May be floated as needed to other ICUs based on volume and acuity, with rare float opportunities to PCU
• Start Date: September 21, 2026

Job Requirements

• Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, ventilated patients, and post-CABG care
• Meditech experience preferred
• CVICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work confidently in a high-acuity environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Care for ventilated patients and support complex post-surgical recovery, including post-CABG patients
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team on procedures and patient interventions
• Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in bedside shift report and maintain clear communication with the care team
• Support safe patient outcomes while adapting to unit needs and floating expectations
