Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Comfort working in urgent or emergency situations and responding quickly when needed
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and respect for confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality patient care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Complete thorough nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions throughout the shift
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clear communication with the healthcare team
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and urgent situations
• Support a compassionate, patient- and family-centered care environment
