Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Epic experience required
• Ability to work the scheduled overnight weekend rotation
• Meets the 50-mile radius rule
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the maternal care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Document patient care accurately and maintain organized records in Epic
• Support patients and families with reassurance, education, and bedside support during childbirth
