Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Minimum of 1 year of bedside clinical experience required
• LTAC, sub-acute, med-surg, or rehab nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required prior to the first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to the first shift
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Support discharge planning from the day of admission to promote continuity of care
• Coordinate with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide education, support, and encouragement to patients and families throughout the care process
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other ancillary staff as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient care environment
• Contribute to positive unit teamwork, quality outcomes, and professional growth
