• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• Holiday Requirement: As needed, with expectation to help
• Floating: May float to intermediate care, medical-surgical, post-surgical, overflow med-surg, and negative airflow units

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ICU RN experience in a large facility or critical care setting
• Previous experience in ICU, Med/Surg, ventilator support, and titration of drips preferred
• Active Kansas RN license or compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification
• New graduates are not accepted for this travel nursing role
• Required compliance items must be completed before start, including TB screening or blood test within the last 12 months and current immunization records or titers as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to adult patients with varying acuity levels
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess changes in patient condition, and respond quickly to clinical needs
• Administer medications and manage titration drips in accordance with provider orders and unit standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Assist with patient transfers and provide coverage in floated units when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold a strong standard of clinical practice throughout every shift
