Job Details

• Position: Cath Lab Registered Nurse / Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Location: Largo, FL 33770
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Assignment Length: 26 weeks
• Start Date: 09/29/2026
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and holiday rotation may be required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred in a hospital, procedural, or acute care setting
• Prior Cath Lab, interventional cardiology, or cardiovascular procedural experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts and participate in weekend and holiday rotation
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after interventional cardiology procedures
• Assist the interdisciplinary team with procedural workflow, patient preparation, and clinical support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols and patient safety standards
• Support patient education and help ensure a positive patient experience in the cath lab
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and allied health professionals to promote excellent outcomes
