• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,380 - $2,510
• Location: Beatrice, NE 68310

Job Requirements

• Current RN license eligible for submission
• 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Postpartum nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced OB healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
• Monitor laboring patients with 1:1 ratios during labor
• Support postpartum care with a maximum 3:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate closely with OB, nursery, and pediatric teammates during night shifts
• Help maintain smooth unit flow and safe patient care across the OB department
• Assist with floating support when the OB/nursery area is closed, including helping with call-light coverage as needed
• Deliver attentive, family-centered care in a supportive and engaged team environment
