• Schedule: Self-scheduling with weekend coverage required
• Additional Notes: Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain the required state RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification from AHA
• NRP certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• 2+ years of labor and delivery nursing experience preferred for the strongest match
• Postpartum and mother-baby experience preferred
• Ability to complete compliance documentation, references, and employment verification before start

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality maternal care to laboring, postpartum, antepartum, and triage patients
• Support high-risk deliveries and assist with cesarean sections as needed
• Monitor fetal status and respond quickly to changes in maternal or fetal condition
• Assist with vaginal delivery, recovery, and postpartum assessments
• Care for patients presenting to triage, including those from early pregnancy through postpartum
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary women’s health care team to promote safe, patient-centered outcomes
• Float to mother-baby or nearby units based on patient and staffing needs
