Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or postpartum RN experience required
• 2+ years of experience preferred for submission
• ACLS and NRP required
• Epic experience required
• Valid state license preferred at time of submission
• Traditional AHA BLS/ACLS certification required; RQI is not accepted
• Ability to provide seven years of work history with city, state, dates, and PTO details
• References required
• Must be eligible to pass a comprehensive background and compliance review with no license or background hits

Responsibilities

• Provide intrapartum, antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care to low- and at-risk populations
• Float between Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units as needed, including possible movement between units during the shift
• Support high-risk antepartum and labor patients in a busy perinatal environment
• Deliver safe, compassionate bedside care in a collaborative, fast-moving team setting
• Work within a well-equipped women’s services department that includes labor rooms, triage, operating rooms, PACU, and Mother Baby care areas
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs while maintaining strong clinical judgment and communication
