Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Experience with surgical workflow, sterile technique, and intraoperative patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced OR and perioperative environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete onboarding, screenings, and compliance requirements before start
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
- Assist with circulating duties throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow OR protocols and safety standards
- Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Support efficient case flow and help ensure a positive surgical experience for patients
