• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg/Tele surgical unit
• Orientation: 16 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Ability to float to other Med/Surg/Tele units as assigned
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed
• Willingness to submit required documents by the stated deadline

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and provider orders
• Document nursing care accurately and efficiently in the EMR
• Support unit workflow and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Adapt to changing patient assignments and float needs within similar units
