• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend rotation
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in PCU, Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a similar acute care setting
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital environment
• Comfortable performing charge nurse duties when needed
• Willingness to float to other units as needed, including ED and MCH
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and collaborate with the care team to support timely interventions
• Perform charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
• Float to other units based on department needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient care
• Participate in quarterly education sessions and support ongoing professional development
• Contribute to a positive, flexible, and team-oriented care environment
