• Call Requirement: Rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays as assigned
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Work Location: On-site

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license; Oregon RN license preferred at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Critical Care, PACU, ED, or procedural nursing experience required
• Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or GI procedural experience preferred, including body and neuro procedures
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with procedural sedation, IV starts and maintenance, ventilator management, EVD, and EKOS preferred
• Ability to complete compliance items and pre-start modules on time
• Strong communication, teamwork, prioritization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor procedural sedation and support sedation administration and monitoring as appropriate
• Assist with body and neuro IR cases, including urgent and emergent procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Care for patients across age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional presence
• Respond to call assignments and support after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, strong clinical judgment, and excellent prioritization in a high-acuity setting
