• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 - $2,110

• Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• Patient Ratio: 1:4, up to 5 with lower acuity
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
• Location: Downtown Baltimore, Maryland

• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; holidays as scheduled; floating may be required within specialty scope

Job Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong experience in a fast-paced Emergency Department preferred; first-time travelers considered with solid clinical experience
• Experience with Epic charting preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and float as needed
• Comfortable caring for high-acuity emergency patients with strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessments, and timely interventions for a wide variety of emergency conditions
• Manage complex cases including trauma, stroke, respiratory distress, behavioral health, cardiac concerns, and other urgent presentations
• Administer medications, maintain IV access, and support advanced emergency procedures as indicated
• Monitor patients closely and recognize changes in condition quickly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient care
• Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Adapt to patient flow demands and support floating within specialty scope when needed
