Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP required, or ability to complete prior to start if not currently held
• Comfort working with a combined Med/Surg and Post Partum patient population
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Post Partum patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Perform patient assessments, monitor progress, and respond to changing clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safe, compassionate nursing practice
