Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or medical-surgical nursing
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong telemetry monitoring, acute care nursing, and inpatient clinical skills
• Ability to work independently on night shift in a dynamic hospital setting
• Demonstrated clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient status
• Administer medications, complete patient assessments, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support treatment plans
• Respond quickly to patient needs and maintain safe, efficient shift workflow
• Deliver compassionate bedside care while upholding strong clinical standards
