Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Ketchum, Idaho

• Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule Notes: Weekends as needed; first to float
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 – $2,600
• Orientation: Facility orientation plus unit-based onboarding

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of LDRP experience; strong recent L&D nursing experience required
• Ability to work autonomously with laboring patients, especially on nights and weekends
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Current STABLE certification, or ability to obtain as required
• AWHONN Intermediate or AWHONN Advanced training preferred
• Experience with newborn stabilization
• Comfort managing high-risk obstetric patients and critical maternal conditions
• Ability to float to support roles as needed in a safe and collaborative manner

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for laboring, postpartum, well-mom, and well-baby patients
• Support high-risk and critical obstetric patients, including hypertensive crisis and hemorrhage protocols
• Assist with newborn stabilization and care during C-sections as the newborn nurse
• Care for both mother and baby during the immediate postpartum period
• Manage titratable medications such as magnesium sulfate and Pitocin per protocol
• Work independently while collaborating with OB and hospital support teams
• Float to appropriate support roles when needed, maintaining patient safety and quality care
• Deliver timely, patient-centered nursing care in a secure LDRP environment
