• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 - $2,060

• Type: Travel Nurse Assignment
• Shift Coverage: Days, evenings, nights, weekends, on-call, and holidays as needed by the unit

Job Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care or LTAC setting
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication, flexibility, and delegation skills
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Experience supporting geriatric residents and wound care is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care and LTAC environment
• Perform patient assessments and document care accurately and thoroughly
• Implement and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care
• Administer medications according to established standards and protocols
• Support and oversee LPN and CNA team members as part of collaborative care delivery
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff
