• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Schedule: 4 x 10-hour night shifts; 40 hours per week
• Shift Times: Night coverage with start times between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
• Call: No call required
• Float: No float required
• Weekend Coverage: Weekend rotation as needed
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Maryland or a compact license; pending licensure may be considered per facility guidelines
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
• At least 2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• At least one prior travel nurse assignment required
• Cerner experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Bachelor's degree required
• NIHSS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader supporting nursing operations across the unit and hospital environment
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and charge nurse support to help maintain safe and efficient care delivery
• Monitor admissions, transfers, discharges, and escalation needs throughout the shift
• Act as a resource for bedside teams, helping guide clinical decisions and resolve urgent issues
• Support code management, rapid response activity, and other time-sensitive patient care needs
• Promote communication among interdisciplinary teams to keep care organized and responsive
• Help maintain compliance, documentation quality, and a strong culture of patient safety
