• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 - $1,730

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Strong experience with triage, ESI levels, prioritization, and rapid assessment
• Confidence in critical thinking, resuscitation, fast track care, splinting, and immobilization
• Flexibility, reliability, and a dependable team-oriented attitude
• Experience with moderate sedation, cardioversion, and transcutaneous pacing preferred

Emergency Department Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients across all age groups, including pediatrics, adults, and older adults
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and support efficient patient flow in a busy emergency room
• Stabilize patients presenting with trauma, cardiac, neurologic, respiratory, sepsis, and other emergent conditions
• Assist with resuscitation efforts and emergency interventions as needed
• Support fast-track, splinting, immobilization, and general emergency treatment procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, timely, and compassionate emergency care
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Be prepared for occasional floating as needed
