• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Location: Greenville, NC
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Schedule Note: Weekend coverage required, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Emergency department, emergency medicine, or high-acuity acute care experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a fast-paced clinical schedule
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• One professional reference from your work history

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acuity levels
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring in a busy emergency room setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support safe patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the care process
• Adapt to float assignments within the regional nursing network when needed
• Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellent patient experience
