• Position: CVOR Registered Nurse
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Setting: Cardiovascular procedural, cath lab, and structural heart environment
• Location: Rochester, New York (Rochester, NY)
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 1/23/2027
• Duration: 15 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,920 - $3,080
• Hours Per Week: 36 preferred
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days
• Shift Pattern: 3x12 or 4x10, with weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities based on unit needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or cardiovascular procedural RN experience
• Active New York RN license required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• Moderate sedation training required
• Telemetry and dysrhythmia experience required
• Experience with EP and Cath Lab procedures preferred
• Background in critical care or cardiac nursing required
• Experience with TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman strongly preferred
• Experience with structural heart and mechanical circulatory support procedures preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a busy cardiovascular procedural setting
• Support pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patient care
• Assist with complex cardiac and structural heart interventions
• Monitor patients receiving moderate sedation and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure safe recovery workflows
• Maintain high standards for patient safety, documentation, and quality care
• Participate in on-call, weekend, holiday, callback, and charge coverage as needed
