Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Ability to successfully complete required onboarding exams
• Must be comfortable working night shifts in a high-acuity healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional care environment throughout each shift
